We require a card on file in our scheduling system for all appointments  We highly recommend that you pre-book your next service appointment prior to leaving the salon, in order to have your preferred date and time.

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Studio M Beauty Co. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. 

A 24-hour advanced notice is required for cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled in less required time will result in a fee of 50% of the services scheduled. A “no show” will be charged the full value of the services scheduled.

To maintain a quiet and relaxed atmosphere for our guests, we ask that you please silence your cell phone beyond the reception area.

Children are welcomed to receive services in our salon. However, for safety reasons and to allow a relaxing experience for you and other clientele, we ask that childcare arrangements be made otherwise. 

Payment is due at the end of your service. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card and Debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

• Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at the time of service.
• Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.
• All gift certificates are non-refundable.
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
• Gift certificates are valid with the beauty professional purchased from as we are all independent contractors.
